Our stay in the Signal Mountain Lodge was the perfect location for an overnight stay after the long flights and drive from Salt Lake City.
The Signal Mountain Lodge offers a camp ground, rustic log cabins and regular hotel rooms.
We chose rustic log cabins which turned out to be great for one night. If you stay longer, or are with family, more comfortable rooms are probably the better choice.
The Signal Mountain Lodge is located directly on the shore of Jackson Lake with a beautiful view over the Grand Teton range. Sunrise and Sunset are just beautiful.
If we would have had more time, we would have rented a kayak to explore the lake.

Unfortunately, our plan didn't allow us to do some hiking; we were only able to visit Craig Thomas Recovery and Visitor Center in Moose Junction. We were lucky and a moose crossed the road just in front of our car.
